People Architects is excited to partner with our Orange County based client as we recruit for a Part Time (20- 25 hours weekly) Social Media Specialist . Our client is a growing D2C tech-enabled consumer products company that acquires and evolves e-commerce brands into household brands. fast-growing holding company that currently owns and operates digitally native brands.
As our Social Media Specialist , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our online community. From crafting compelling content and captions to managing user feedback and analyzing social data, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s digital presence. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll collaborate with various teams to execute campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive results.
Job Responsibilities :
- Design and share engaging content and captions to boost engagement across social platforms.
- Implement social media and communication campaigns that align with marketing strategies.
- Monitor and respond to comments, customer inquiries, and user feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collect user-generated content (UGC), build relationships with influencers and creators, and grow a network of brand advocates.
- Organize and participate in online events to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
- Stay current with digital and social media trends, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
- Track and report social media and community metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, growth, design, and other team members to achieve social marketing goals.
- Contribute to the team’s success by assisting with tasks defined by management.
