Position: Construction Superintendent - Brownstone Buildings (Type III Construction)

Job Responsibilities
- Proven experience redeveloping brownstone buildings (Type III Construction) with complex structural, facade restoration, and high-end condominium fit-outs.
- Minimum of five years as a lead superintendent, preferably in Boston.
- Experience managing at least three projects as the lead superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, materials, and technical aspects.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design documents
Certifications & Licenses:
- Massachusetts CSL required.
- Boston ABC license preferred.
- 30-Hour OSHA Certification preferred; 10-Hour OSHA Certification required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project Schedule preferred.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position that involves active construction site leadership. Candidates must:
- Be physically fit to climb scaffolding, stairs, and ladders frequently.
- Work in outdoor environments with exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels, temperature changes, and weather conditions.
- Have strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for keyboard, telephone, and documentation tasks.
- Possess strong vision (close, distance, depth perception) and the ability to adjust focus.
