Position: Interior design Architect
Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience as an architectural project manager, including coordination of multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the principal-in-charge and lead architect/designer to secure projects, assemble internal and external project teams, create schedules, and identify necessary resources.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts (letter proposals, AIA contracts), and ensure client expectations for quality, price, and schedule are met.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients during the design phase, attend all client design meetings, and keep leadership informed of progress.
- Licensing: Registered Architect preferred; NCARB certification a plus but not required.
- Education: Architectural Technology degree; Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (NAAB-accredited School of Architecture preferred); or relevant Engineering degree.
