Who Should Apply?This role is ideal for : Caregivers with experience in the fieldStudents pursuing careers in social work, psychology, or related fieldsRetirees seeking meaningful work and companionshipWhat You'll Do : Your duties will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support but may include : Following individual program plans and working towards their goalsCompleting documentation at the end of each shiftAssisting with daily living activities, including : Cleaning, cooking, and light household dutiesParticipating in community events and activitiesSupporting healthy food choices and budget managementHelping with hobbies, studies, and social activitiesProviding hygiene and bathing assistance if neededLifting and transferring individuals if applicableAssisting with medication management if applicableCommunicating with staff and program managers about individuals' progressMaintaining mature judgment and a warm, caring demeanorWhat We Offer : Flexible Shifts : Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
