Job Duties
- Work with accounts payable and receivable
- Generate monthly review report
- Assist with payroll setup and processing
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- BA or BS in a related field preferred
- Accounting experience (1 year preferred)
- Quick Books (1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of ADP and/or Excel is a plus
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
