As a Loan Servicing Specialist, your role will be crucial in providing exceptional service to our members. You will handle incoming loan servicing calls, addressing member inquiries and requests with professionalism and accuracy. Your responsibilities include processing phone payment requests, making loan payment adjustments, and managing loan allocations and transfers to ensure seamless operations.
You will anticipate member needs, providing timely follow-ups and resolutions to enhance their experience. Additionally, you'll assist with Skip-A-Pay requests and supply mortgage and loan payoff information to both members and third parties. Your expertise will extend to handling title corrections, lien placements, and tracking mortgage payoff requests, as well as coordinating with other financial institutions for lien releases.
By diligently reviewing accounts, you will facilitate mortgage discharge requests, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and member satisfaction.
