The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the staffing industry/ Outside sales to develop a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and executing innovative sales strategies. Location: Chino, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive revenue by prospecting, building, and maintaining a robust client pipeline, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Every step of the sales process, from cold outreach to closing deals and securing long-term client relationships.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and presenting customized solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that set you apart in the staffing industry.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless client service and staffing placements.
- Campaign Execution: Create and execute campaigns that drive new business opportunities and brand awareness.
- CRM Utilization: Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM software, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on sales activities and team performance, while continuously refining strategies to meet business objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in outside sales within the staffing industry or a related field (e.g., payroll services, Manufacturing, warehouse equipment rental).
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or other relevant industries is required.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving individual and collective success.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ATS systems to efficiently manage the sales pipeline and client interactions.
- Drive & Ambition: A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
