Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and make a significant impact! This temp-to-perm position offers room for growth and advancement in a dynamic work environment.

Job Details :

  • Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
  • Starting Pay : $17 per hour, with opportunities for advancement

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process timesheets and calculate overtime for hourly and non-exempt employees
  • Record employee hours by cost center and handle wage, salary changes, special payments, and deductions
  • Calculate and finalize payroll, ensuring accurate general ledger downloads
  • Assist the HR department with onboarding and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with government and tax regulations and process labor statistic filings

    • Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years of payroll administration experience
  • Familiarity with Dynamics GP and WASP is a plus
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
