Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Oakland county to ensure compliance with contracts
- Meet with public officials for scheduled meetings
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Organize and maintain files, records, documents and contracts
- Assist with clerical duties such as transcribing, filing, and data entry
-Implement policies, procedures, risk assessments and monitor for successful oversight
- Provide administrative support for county contracts
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage budgetary objectives and develop budget revisions
- Express our mission and values to the public
- Serve as a representative of People's Express, Inc.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in clerical tasks
- Experience working in local government preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
