Description
- Develop new business; identify prospective customers, follow leads from existing clients, participate in organizations and clubs, and attend trade shows and conferences.
- Work in an assigned territory and responsible for promoting our full product suite (Fayze’s artisan breads) while building positive relationships with local businesses & restaurant owners to help take their businesses to the next level.
- Be a local representative for PFC in the community. by offering bread products to local business owners that will help run and grow their businesses
- Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign-up new customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of customers.
- Work closely with your manager to help reach your quarterly sales performance goals.
The compensation structure for this role is a base salary plus commission and a car allowance. We offer a competitive benefits program which includes medial, dental, vision, supplemental, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to use.
