On behalf of our client, the fourth-largest cable provider in the United States and a Fortune 500 company, we are seeking a strategic and accomplished VP, Talent Acquisition to drive transformation within a mid-sized organization on the outskirts of Manhattan. This high-impact, hybrid role requires a visionary professional to refine and elevate talent acquisition strategies, establish and lead an internal executive search function, and optimize the organization’s RPO partnership.
The Ideal Candidate: A seasoned yet forward-thinking executive who possesses both a deep technical understanding of recruiting operations and the executive presence to engage and influence C-suite leaders seamlessly.
Your Qualifications should include:
- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership
- Proven experience in TA operations, employer branding, and technology implementation
- Executive search experience
- Strong background in compliance, vendor management, and supplier leadership
- Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical hiring plans
- Experience leading large-scale recruiting efforts in a dynamic environment
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Location: Hybrid – Must be able to commute to LIC & Bethpage, NY
Job Type: Interim with potential for permanent placement
Base Pay from $175,000.00 per year.
