- Pay Rate : $23.74 per hourPeople Source OKC is partnering with a reputable Non-Profit Organization to find an experienced Residential Efficiency Coordinator . This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate, offering a starting pay of $23.74 / hour after 90 days. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek. Qualifications :
- 5 years of carpentry experience
- 2 years of residential construction experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (OMMA card not accepted) Essential Job Functions :
- Prepare and route purchase orders for weatherization projects
- Plan, direct, and supervise weatherization contractors and quality control inspectors
- Provide technical assistance as needed at project locations
