Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Batch Maker to join our team. The Batch Maker will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating mixers and batch-making equipment. This position is expected to work on multiple platforms regularly.
Duties (may include, but are not limited to):
- Working as a team on process improvement issues- focusing on safety and productivity.
- Keeping work area orderly and clean.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Assisting on filling operations when required (hand-filling and automatic lines).
- Recording production information manually and entering batch information into the computer.
- Coordinating schedule requirements with other batch makers.
- Communicating equipment concerns to maintenance both verbally and with written work orders.
- Assisting QC Lab Technician.
- Must meet required production schedules.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times and maintain a good safety record.
- Perform all miscellaneous duties as assigned.
