Fund Controller
T he Role
HarbourView Equity Partners (https : / / www.harbourviewequity.com / ) is seeking a Fund Controller to join the Finance team. You will work both independently and collaboratively, and in liaison with the fund administrator to assist the HarbourView CFO with all accounting and financial reporting responsibilities for current and future funds.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the timely delivery of accurate GAAP-based financial statements to internal and external stakeholders
- Daily recording of all financial transactions on a US GAAP basis for funds and related entities
- Manage the month end close process - forecast, ledger, actuals, etc.
- Preparation of :
quarterly and annual fund financial statements and reports
