Job Details:
- Act as the technical face of People Tech for all Microsoft-related opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account teams and key enterprise clients.
- Lead pre-sales conversations, positioning tailored Microsoft solutions that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to design scalable, impactful offerings.
- Help craft solution narratives, proposals, and value propositions for strategic deals.
- Partner closely with lead generation and sales teams to ensure cohesive client engagement.
- Keep abreast of Microsoft’s evolving product roadmap and guide internal strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and solutions.
- At least 5 years in a client-facing or practice leadership role, ideally with enterprise engagement.
- Strong knowledge across Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging both technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working with or alongside Microsoft as a technology partner.
- Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities and contribute to strategic growth.
