Description
Position Title: Network Operations Specialist – Intermediate
Location: El Segundo, CA
Clearance Level Required: Secret
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Install, operate, repair, upgrade, and manage equipment and systems providing IP address space management services to include Active Directory (AD), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), DNS and Windows Internet Name Service (WINS).
- Install, operate, upgrade, and manage the Base Information Transport Infrastructure (BITI), Information Transfer Building (ITB), Critical Edge Building (CEB) and Edge Building (EB) equipment.
- Research, test, and implement software and hardware efficiencies (e.g. virtualization, consolidation, automation, etc.)
- Monitor, detect, troubleshoot, respond to, and report base-level network events which affect the operational availability of the enterprise data networks, core services, or critical applications.
Qualifications
- A BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.
- Certification: CEH or CFR or Cloud or GICSP or SSCP or Security or GSEC.
