The Program Aide is responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Oversee the daily administrative activities of the office including answering phones; phone messaging; agency faxes; and email boxes providing appropriate responses and disseminating messages to CAB Personnel.
- Assist with typed correspondence and dissemination to appropriate parties; filing of documents as appropriate.
- Oversee the tracking and ordering of supplies for the CAB offices located throughout NYS
- Assist the administrative specialist in assigned projects as necessary.
