Broadly, you will have responsibility for the following areas:
- Sales/Customer Service
- Merchandise Flow
- Inventory Control
- Building Maintenance and upkeep (working with Market Manager)
- Personnel
- Budgeting
You need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail/customer service experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Highly professional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage community and other stakeholders
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb a flight of stairs, and operate a motor vehicle safely
Preferred:
- Three years of experience leading and managing staff
