Position Summary
We are seeking a result-driven VP of Growth Marketing to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This position will report directly to the SVP of Sales and will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing high-performing teams, and building the company’s brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead market positioning efforts to enhance brand visibility and competitive advantage.
- Set annual goals, KPIs, and budgets for the marketing department.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the department.
- Establish and oversee workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Define and refine the brand voice, messaging, and positioning in the market.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Oversee brand reputation management initiatives, including PR and crisis communication.
- Lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SEM), email and social media strategies to maximize ROI.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage analytics to track campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
- Present regular performance reports to executive leadership.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and industry partners.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and strategies.
- Identify opportunities to experiment with new channels and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make fact-based decisions and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Advanced skills in digital advertising platforms.
Physical demands and Work Environment
The role requires regular communication and occasional travel to support the distributed workforce. The role will primarily function indoors but may involve working in varying temperatures or outdoor environments as needed.
