Data and AI Governance Communications Analyst | 6 MONTHS | FORTUNE 500 | CHICAGO, IL (HYBRID - ONSITE)

Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data and AI Governance Communications Analyst to help promote the data governance policies, products, and gain user adoption. You will be responsible for executing approaches to help evangelize data and AI governance best practices. The analyst will also be responsible for communicating with our design and programming staff about suspected software problems.

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain customer-facing SharePoint presence
• Create and publish a newsletter or other marketing channels with creative and engaging content for our customers
• Establish Data and AI Governance Teams Channel, develop and implement procedures to manage posts, and create customer communications regarding data and AI
  
  

governance topics and data catalog roll-out

• Conduct user training for data catalog product and refine training materials
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with marketing, communications, and/or writing for technical projects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively while following a test and learn approach
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
