Injection Mold Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator in partnership with clients within the manufacturing field in Binghamton, NY. This is a 3rd shift position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Injection Molding, strict adherent to quality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Summary:
Pay: $19.00 -$24.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday: 11pm - 6am

Injection Molding Position Duties:

• Setting up and running injection mold machines and compression machines.

• Reading and executing according to the production schedule and work orders

• Inspection of all complete pieces and raw materials to ensure parts meet all complaince standards.

• Assisting with material handling and preparation

Injection Molding Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED

• 2 years of experience in compression and/or injection molding preferred.

• Flexibility and the ability to multi-task

• Self-confidence and a positive attitude

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends if necessary.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items.
