Manufacturing Sanitation 2nd Shift

General Mills is seeking dedicated and hardworking Sanitation Workers to join our team for the 2nd shift. As a Sanitation Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our manufacturing facility to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm
$15.25 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas according to established procedures.

• Remove waste and debris from production areas.

• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure production areas are ready for the next shift.

• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a sanitation or cleaning role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
