Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills
- At least 10 years of functional /technical experience implementing SAP APO in DP, SNP along with at least two implementation experience in SAP IBP (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply)
- APICS certification (CSCP)
- SAP IBP certification
- Experience in Agile and Scrum processes.
- Consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Solution Consultant is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of transformation engagements at TCS clients. He/she coordinates the work of TCS and client team members for typically one project.
- Design tactical level planning processes to support SAP IBP Demand, Inventory, Supply & Response and monthly integrated sales and operations planning.
- Expert knowledge of the critical requirements for effective forecasting: establishing time horizons, determining the level of forecasting detail, Planning hierarchies, Statistical models
- Facilitate workshops across with global planners and create SCM planning business process models. Design core processes by capturing fit, gap, organizational change impacts, high-level data design & roles. Capable of explaining the structure and logic of the S&OP process
- Through understanding planning requirements for managing make-to-stock, make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and engineer-to-order manufacturing environments.
- SAP Master Data management related SAP IBP planning processes
- Through understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) system technologies.
- Expert knowledge in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply/Response, Inventory, S&OP)
