Note : The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities :
- 8-10 Hour Days
- All around commercial building maintenance knowledge
- Perform Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Carpentry, and HVAC.
- Additional Building Maintenance Tasks as needed.
