SUMMARY:
A Peoples Bank Courier/Maintenance is a part-time position responsible picking up and delivering correspondence between Branches and Operations Center as well as various other locations, on a daily basis per schedule. This position will also handle various facility maintenance duties based on skill level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all of Bank's Policies and Procedures that are in place and comply with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Assists in sorting incoming, outgoing and inter-department mail for distribution to and from branches several times a day.
- Prepares shipments for courier service and delivers items to all branch locations on a set schedule. Delivers packages to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Performs a variety of daily messenger duties, such as securing documents for delivery to various title companies and county register of deeds and treasury office. Daily runs to Tax Assessor’s office for payment of taxes and bank vehicle registrations.
- Performs errands for all departments.
- Performs routine maintenance checklist on auto, i.e., check fluids, oil, lights, washing, etc.
- Notifies supervisor of any auto needs.
- Cleaning of various branch areas.
- Performs various facility maintenance tasks, based on skill level, including but not limited to HVAC filter changes, lightbulbs, spraying for bugs, outside cleaning via pressure waster, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – High School Diploma or GED
- License - Valid Drivers License
COMPUTER SKILLS/EQUIPMENT USED:
- General office equipment: computer, printer, fax, copier, scanner, calculator, etc.
- Computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
