Peoples National Bank is seeking candidates for the Collector / Repo Inventory Manager role. Candidates should have at least two years lending experience, one year of collections experience, and a valid driver's license. The position requires frequent travel between locations.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties for retail construction loans
- Assist in managing repossessed inventory and disposition thereof
- Perform inspections of non-performing mortgage loans on a monthly basis
- Assist in maintaining real property in the bank’s possession
- Serve as a backup for tasks assigned to other members of the Collection Team and assist in collections as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
