Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deposit Records Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Deposit Operations Department, you will be responsible for performing various duties to support our functions, providing telephone and email support for customers and branch staff as needed, and utilizing a full range of Bank products and services to effectively maximize the Bank's relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of IRA programs, review of CD and IRA reports and transactions in regard to compliance and tax reporting concerns; provide branch and operational support accordingly.
- Review and maintain dormant accounts.
- Process subpoenas, tax levies, account garnishments, etc.
- Support the processing, reviewing, and provision of Power of Attorney paperwork, trust, court order, and UTMA documentation.
- Provide support for safe deposit box, complex business deposit issues, and deceased customer concerns.
- C coordinate and review Lawyer Trust accounts (IOLA/IOLTA); prepare monthly remittances and other reports/filings accordingly.
- Ensure data integrity within the customer information file and deposit account records in regard to system coding, titling, etc.
- Assist with Enhanced Account Analysis systemic review and maintenance, work with Business Operations to complete monthly tasks.
- Daily support for Retail and Sales teams for Commercial Deposit Products, assist in prep of CIF Combination Summary Analysis, Assist in Monthly/Quarterly Operational Risk Reviews.
