Description
Our Deposit Records Representatives perform various duties to support the Deposit Operations Department functions, provide telephone and email support for customers and branch staff as needed, provide direct service to the customer as appropriate and utilize a full range of Bank products and services to effectively to maximize the Bank’s relationship with customers.
Essential Duties:
- Assists with the team responsibility of the administration of IRA program/review of CD and IRA reports and transactions in regard to compliance and tax reporting concerns; assists in providing branch and operational support accordingly. Assists in review of IRS reporting including Federal Withholding/Alien, etc.
- Assists with the team responsibility of the review and maintenance of dormant accounts.
- Assists in processing of subpoenas, tax levies, account garnishments, etc.
- Assists with the team responsibility of processing, reviewing, and providing support for Power of Attorney paperwork, trust, court order, and UTMA documentation
- Assists with the team responsibility of providing support for safe deposit box, complex business deposit issues, and deceased customer concerns.
- Assists in coordinating and reviewing Lawyer Trust accounts (IOLA/IOLTA); prepares monthly remittances and other reports/filings accordingly.
- Assists with assurance of data integrity within the customer information file and deposit account records in regard to system coding, titling, etc.
- Assists with Enhanced Account Analysis systemic review and maintenance, works with Business Operations to complete monthly tasks.
- Assists with daily support for Retail and Sales teams for Commercial Deposit Products, assists in prep of CIF Combination Summary Analysis, Assists in Monthly/Quarterly Operational Risk Reviews.

Requirements
Education/Training: A High school diploma or equivalent required with specialized bank operations training/education preferred.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate good interpersonal relations and communicative skills; good mathematical skills, moderate time managements skills; moderate analytical skills; moderate project management skills; moderate PC skills; moderate technical skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, One Note and PowerPoint.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience normally required.
