**Responsibilities:*
- Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment equipment, including pumps, blowers, and control systems.
- Perform laboratory tests and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitor and record data on equipment performance, water quality, and other relevant parameters.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and technologies.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; MN water/wastewater certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills, with ability to learn and apply new concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work weekends and on-call based on a rotating schedule, with occasional travel to job sites.
