Role Highlights :

Pay Rate : $20 / hr
Schedule : Monday-Friday 11 : 30am - 8pm, rotating every other weekend 9am-1pm
Location : Philadelphia, PA 19107 - training is in Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 for 6-8 weeks M-F 8am-430pm

Assist patients with Medicaid applications and charity care processes.

Verify patient health insurance information and ensure accurate documentation.

Communicate professionally via phone and email with various stakeholders.

Cover hospital facilities as needed, contributing to the team's flexibility.

Cross-train to handle different tasks and maintain productivity goals.

Requirements :

Bilingual : Proficient in both English and Spanish a plus. (not required)

Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Office Skills : Customer service, organization, and problem-solving.

Education : Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Safety First : Covid vaccine required ; PPE provided.
