Join a dynamic team in the healthcare industry and contribute to the essential work of ensuring accurate patient accounts!

Role Highlights :

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Pay Rate :  $20 / hr
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 11 : 30am - 8pm, rotating weekends 9am-1pm
  • Location : Philadelphia, PA 19107 - training is in Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 for 6-8 weeks M-F 8am-430pm!

  • Assist patients with Medicaid applications and charity care processes.
  • Verify patient health insurance information and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with various stakeholders.
  • Cover hospital facilities as needed, contributing to the team's flexibility.
  • Cross-train to handle different tasks and maintain productivity goals.

    • Requirements :

  • Bilingual : Proficient in both English and Spanish a plus. (not required)
  • Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Office Skills : Customer service, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Education : Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Safety First : Covid vaccine required; PPE provided.
