Maintain communication between customers and the sales team to process purchase orders.Enter relevant data into the company's procurement or accounting systems, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.Track the status of purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and follow up with vendors to resolve any issues or delays.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation for auditing and accounting purposes.Assist in managing inventory levels by tracking stock levels and reorder points.Independently manage projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with diverse teams to meet company objectives.Quickly address urgent customer needs, serving as a bridge between departments.Lead problem-solving efforts and establish standardized processes for continuous improvement.Extract and analyze data from internal systems to support sales management.Assist in maintaining accurate customer documentation within internal systems.Perform additional duties as assigned.Manage a constant volume of work, stay focused, and efficiently keep projects, emails, and tasks progressing through varying stages of completion.Account Specialist Job Requirements :
