Are you Bilingual in Spanish and English and seeking to be in a customer service role in the New Brunswick Area? Than this opportunity is for you.

Schedule : Tuesday- Saturday, 930am-6 : 00pm

Pay : $22 per hour

Temp to Perm

Responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service Representative :

  • Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance
  • Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information
  • Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Bilingual Customer Service Representative : :

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Vaccinated due to hospital setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications : Outlook, Word, and Excel
