Pay Rate : $70-80K

Job Responsibilities & Description for a Bilingual Manufacturing Training Manager :
Develops and implements training programs to support business goals
Collaborates with leadership, HR, and operations to integrate development programs.
Assesses team needs, identifies problems, and provides solutions to improve team performance
Works with HR and operations to ensure training supports business needs
Manages projects by creating plans, organizing teams, gathering data, and ensuring project completion
Designs new training curriculum based on company needs, trends, and legal updates
Delivers training through various methods like in-person, virtual, and online systems
Follows safety rules and reports any safety concerns or injuries
Job Requirements for a Bilingual Manufacturing Training Manager :
3-5 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be fully bilingual, with the ability to speak, read, write, and translate documents in Spanish
Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential (Plus)
