JOB DETAILS :
Title : Director Academic & Student Success Operations
Pay : $50 per hour
Type : 6 month Contract with Opportunity to go permanent!
Schedule : 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM, in office
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee faculty workload, scheduling, pay, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage divisional budget, reporting, and administrative operations.
- Supervise and train Academic Operations Unit staff.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and communications.
- Partner with HR on faculty and staff processes.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and external reporting requirements.
- Support technology enhancements for divisional services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
