Title : Entry-Level Collections Representative
Location : Gibbsboro, NJ 08026
Salary : $18-20 / hr to start (future commission with potential of $50-60k / year)
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :
Establish rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds and assist in resolving account balances.
Communicate professionally and effectively to negotiate payment solutions.
Learn and apply basic medical billing terminology (e.g., co-pays, deductibles) as needed.
Read, understand, and interpret account details, including payer denials.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling account information.
Requirements :
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or phone-based roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in collections.
Previous experience in collections or medical billing is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
