Job Details for  Maintenance Technician :

  • Position :   Maintenance Technician
  • Schedule : 1st shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
  • Pay Rate :  $25.00 - $30.00 (Based on experience)
  • Location : Conover, North Carolina 28613

Required Skills & Tools :

  • Proficiency in industrial and production machinery maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Must provide personal tools, including :

    • Adjustable wrenches (6” & 12”)

  • Screwdrivers (slotted and Philips)
  • Claw hammer, Channel Locks, Allen key sets, etc.

    • Key Responsibilities for  Maintenance Technician :

  • Conduct pre-operation equipment checks to ensure readiness.
  • Perform equipment lubrication and maintain detailed records.
  • Manage preventive maintenance logs.
  • Report equipment conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Assist production teams when needed.
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Keep shop areas clean and organized.
  • Uphold plant cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management .

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or  Trade School education in Machinery, Industrial Mechanics, HVAC Mechanics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must provide personal tools, including :

    • Adjustable wrenches (6” & 12”)

  • Screwdrivers (slotted and Philips)
  • Claw hammer, Channel Locks, Allen key sets, etc.
