Location : Cherry Hill, NJ 08034
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $20-24 / hr
Key Responsibilities
- Verify insurance coverage and payer details for patients, including handling primary and secondary insurance, pre-approvals, and co-payment information.
- Submit and follow up on claims, ensuring timely payments from insurance companies and resolving any issues with denied claims.
- Manage self-pay patient accounts, prepare statements, and coordinate with external collection agencies when necessary.
- Answer patient billing questions via phone and in person, providing clear and professional support.
