TITLE: Part Time Administrative Assistant
SCHEDULE/HOURS: Part Time 3 days per week . 9am – 5pm
PAY RATE: $25/hour to start
DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and complete briefs and court documents
- Complete legal support and documentation through the software Clio
- Handle calendar management, travel set up, and answering or directing phone support
- Assist with billing through Quickbooks
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years in an administrative role, legal industry preferred not required
- Must have experience with Quickbooks and Clio software
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience with employment law is a plus!
