* Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components
* Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks to minimize downtime
* Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed
* Manage work orders and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Requirements:
* General maintenance experience (residential or industrial)
* Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building upkeep
* Familiarity with safety standards and building codes is preferred
