Parts Clerk Job Details :

  • Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate : $20 / hr

Parts Clerk Job Description :

  • Data entry / Keeping parts prices current in system
  • Locating products and parts through various networks for customers and other departments
  • Assisting customers over the phone, in person, and / or over email as the Front Lines of the Parts Department
  • Helping support the Service and Sales Departments primarily in Chesapeake, additionally coordinating with our locations in Richmond, Roanoke, and WV
  • Purchasing and assistance with inventory
  • Using Word, Excel, and software such as Sage 100 to complete orders and data entry
  • Will participate in cycle counts
  • Will assist in organization of warehouse and other duties as assigned
