Schedule : Monday-Friday multiple shifts available!
AM shift : 7AM- 3 : 30PM
PM shift : 3PM- 11 : 30PM
Hybrid schedule
Pay Rate : $21-28 / hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for a Pharmaceutical Operator :
Operate, assemble, disassemble, and clean encapsulation machines, including soft gel equipment, following SOPs and cGMP standards.
Perform machine adjustments, routine maintenance, and quality inspections to ensure smooth production and compliance with quality standards.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation, such as batch records and operation logs, in line with regulatory requirements.
Ensure product quality through sampling, testing, and adherence to hygiene and gowning standards.
Cross-train in blending, dispensing, and other manufacturing areas to support production as needed.
Follow all safety protocols, maintain compliance with company policies, and report any significant issues to management.
Job Requirements for a Pharmaceutical Operator :
2 years of encapsulation experience in GMP environments (pharma, cosmetics, or food) with a focus on soft gel production.
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills and knowledge of equipment operation.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately and perform weight calculations.
High school diploma or equivalent; fluent in English for reading instructions and record-keeping.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.
Team-oriented with knowledge of cGMP and OSHA standards.
