Job Details for Production Manager:
Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Location: Franklin County, PA
Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Achieve quality standards
- Use lean manufacturing techniques
- Monitor and achieve (KPI’s)
- Oversee daily production planning
- Support the implementation of engineering changes
- Knowledgeable of safety, quality, inventory, and stewardship processes
- Work with maintenance technicians and outside contractors regarding plant or machinery breakdowns
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Production Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business Management or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment
- Understanding of lean manufacturing
