We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who will engage directly with customers, educating them about the products and services and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, a proven ability to drive outbound activities that attract customers to our locations, and a strong focus on meeting goals and achieving success. Most importantly, they will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience that fosters repeat business.
Flexible Schedule - Store hours 10am - 7pm- Competitive Salary - Salary range from $48,000 - $65,000

- Bilingual in Spanish is required!
What You’ll Be Doing::
- Customer Experience & Sales – Provide an exceptional experience for each customer, guiding them through the sales process and educating them on Verizon products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Team Support & Collaboration – Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks, contribute to team success, and complete all required training.
- Professionalism & Customer Satisfaction – Handle customer situations with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and setting a positive example for the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail Experience & Sales Success – 1 years in a similar retail role, ideally in the wireless industry, with proven achievements in sales and customer service.
- Passion for Technology & Customer Service – Enthusiastic about wireless technology products and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Effective in interacting with customers and team members to foster positive relationships.
- Flexibility & Travel – Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule, and travel to various locations as needed.
- Qualifications – Must be 18 or older, eligible to work in the US, and possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Bilingual in Spanish is required!
