Key responsibilities include :
- Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, shipping / receiving, and meeting with other departments, customers, and vendors.
- Creating and reviewing operational reports to track performance and productivity.
- Managing, evaluating, and documenting warehouse performance, conducting performance reviews, and monitoring attendance.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating new and existing team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Leading by example, working alongside the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
