You’ll troubleshoot a wide variety of end-user environments with senior engineers and get the hands-on technical experience that will grow your career. Position Highlights : $55,000 scalable based upon experience Retirement plan, PTO, health insurance benefits, and bonus plan Hybrid work schedule (up to 2 days remote) after training completed Friendly, people-focused management and technical mentors What You’ll Do : Support common business applications (O365) via email, phone, and on-site support for 100 SMB’s Maintain client networks and network security (LAN / WAN, firewalls, access points, switches) Troubleshoot a wide variety of on-premises, and cloud environments Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades Provide guidance to junior members of the team Participate in implementing network security solutions.
