Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination & Onboarding
Identify, assess, and onboard vendors while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to align with project objectives.
Manage vendor setup processes and track procurement timelines.
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, technical specifications, and deliverables
Create and manage project schedules while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to finalize technical requirements and project architecture
Material Sourcing & Logistics
Source and procure necessary project materials, ensuring timely delivery
Monitor purchase orders and verify the quality and receipt of materials
Field Team Coordination
Assign and dispatch technicians with clear and comprehensive work instructions.
Provide real-time support and resolve issues encountered by on-site teams
Ensure all field operations comply with safety and industry standards
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed work instructions, including materials and testing protocols.
Collect and verify reports from field technicians, documenting any project changes.
Assist with preparing and reviewing invoices for accurate project billing.
Qualifications
Project Management Experience Minimum of 3 years overseeing projects in technology, low-voltage systems, or structured cabling
Technical Knowledge Understanding of VoIP, network infrastructure, carrier services, and structured cabling systems
Leadership & Communication Proven experience managing remote field teams and delivering clear instructions
Problem-Solving Skills Ability to quickly address and resolve technical or logistical challenges
Organizational Abilities Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Software Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook), ticketing systems, and project management tools
