Vendor Coordination & OnboardingIdentify, assess, and onboard vendors while ensuring compliance with quality standards.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to align with project objectives.Manage vendor setup processes and track procurement timelines.Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, technical specifications, and deliverablesCreate and manage project schedules while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to finalize technical requirements and project architectureMaterial Sourcing & Logistics
Source and procure necessary project materials, ensuring timely deliveryMonitor purchase orders and verify the quality and receipt of materialsField Team Coordination
Assign and dispatch technicians with clear and comprehensive work instructions.Provide real-time support and resolve issues encountered by on-site teamsEnsure all field operations comply with safety and industry standardsDocumentation & Reporting

Project Management Experience
- Minimum of 3 years overseeing projects in technology, low-voltage systems, or structured cablingTechnical Knowledge
- Understanding of VoIP, network infrastructure, carrier services, and structured cabling systemsLeadership & Communication
- Proven experience managing remote field teams and delivering clear instructionsProblem-Solving Skills
- Ability to quickly address and resolve technical or logistical challengesOrganizational Abilities -
