Opportunity
PeopleTec is currently seeking a VTC Coordinator to support our Fort Bliss, Texas location.
The VTC Coordinator will provide classified and unclassified multimedia, video teleconferencing (VTC), and audio visual (AV) equipment support. Facilitate the coordination, scheduling, and operation of VTC suites or Teleconference systems and conference room availability.
Duties:
- Assist with Physical Security operations and access control for building 1043, screen DoD personnel accessing the facility for current and active authorized visit requests.
- Provide assistance for VTC operation locally as required.
- Support the certification and accreditation of VTC systems for the various networks as directed by the government
- Provides support in maintaining media control and accountable classified material inventories.
- Provide sound technical, administrative, procedural, and troubleshooting and VTC advice to meeting coordinators at host (local) and far-end VTC locations.
- Support control access to a classified facility
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Zero to two (0-2) years of experience as a Program Security Officer (PSO) or Contractor PSO (CPSO) in acquisition programs demonstrating the ability to meet the description provided above.
- Travel: 10% or less
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- An intern or Co-Op student who is enrolled in and completed at least one (1) year of education in (or a graduate of) an accredited program of science or engineering study from an accredited college or university.
