Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Restaurant Supervisor for our AM and PM shifts to join our team. As the Hotel Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our in-hotel restaurant operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet customer preferences
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide outstanding service
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in POS systems and other relevant software applications
